Program Description

Does your camper love working with others? Are they interested in learning to inspire and motivate their peers to take action? Are they a FLIT (Future Leader In Training)? Campers explore the basics of communication, problem-solving, decision making, and planning in groups. Campers learn techniques for working with peers and improve their leadership skills in this first step of our leadership development training program. Campers earn their Babysitter Badge and official Safesitter Certification while they practice their leadership skills at camp! This camp is a great first step to see if campers are interested in becoming a CIT and future counselor at camp!
