Program Description
Discover your unique style of leadership as a Future Leader In Training. This camp is designed to help you explore your strengths, build confidence, and learn practical skills for leading in any situation. Through team challenges, creative problem-solving activities, and self-reflection exercises, you’ll uncover what kind of leader you are—and how to bring out the best in others. Work with peers to plan projects, tackle real-world scenarios, and practice communication and decision-making skills. By the end of the week, you’ll leave with a stronger sense of yourself, new strategies for leading, and memories of a week full of growth, fun, and inspiration.
