Timber Ridge

Est. 1924

Camp Timber Ridge, established in 1924, is located in Mableton, GA (12 miles west of Metro Atlanta). The property features 220 acres of rolling terrain with both hardwood and pine forests, natural streams, a small lake, wildflowers and a bamboo forest. Camp Timber Ridge is a place your camper can relax, have fun, and live in the moment.

Day Camp Options

Before care

Girls will spend time with friends, listen to music and play board games. (6:45-7:45 am,$35/week)

After Care

Girls have a rest period and participate in a quiet activity like a board game until their guardian arrives. (4:45-6pm, $35/week)

After Care + Swim Lessons

Includes 4 lessons during the week in a small group setting. (4:45-6pm, $75wk)

Extended After Care

Adds an additional hour to our standard after care. (4:45-7pm, $60 wk)

Extended After Care + Swim Lessons

Adds an additional hour to our After Care + Swim Lessons. (4:45-7pm, $110 wk)

Cabin Overnight

K-5th graders only. Is your daughter ready to try one night in a cabin with her day camp friends? This sleep over experience is a
wonderful opportunity for both first-time and fairly new campers. (Tuesday or Wednesday Nights, $45 per night)

Platform Adventure Camper

4th-9th graders only. Girls will head over to the platform tents and get settled for the night and make a meal by the campfire. After dinner girls will work on their fire making skills and pick one adventurous evening activity. (Tuesday or Wednesday Nights, $45 per night)


Can girls who are not Girl Scouts go to camp?

All girls are welcome to join the adventure at our camps. If you are not a current member of Girl Scouts, a $25 membership due will be added to your final balance. Girl Scouts offers the best leadership development experiences for girls across the world.

What if the pick-up or drop-off times do not work for us? (Sleepaway campers, Day campers, Aftercare options)

There are additional options to choose early drop off or late pick up for each day camp week for an additional fee: Before Care: $35/week, 6:45-7:45am. Aftercare Options: Basic Aftercare: $35/week, 4:45-6pm. Basic Aftercare with swim lessons: $75/week, 4:45-6pm. Extended Aftercare: $60/week, 4:45-7pm. Extended Aftercare with swim lessons and dinner: $110/week, 4:45-7pm.

Driving Directions

Take I-285 to the west side of Atlanta, Exit 12 (U.S. 78). Go west toward Mableton, 3.7 miles. On your right you will pass the fire station. Make a right on North Allen Road. Camp is at the end of the road. Come through the gate and pull into parking lot, following directional signs.
