Counselor-In-Training I with Horses

Grades 9-12

In CIT I with Horses, participants will learn, and practice skills needed to be a positive and supportive mentor to younger girls, while contributing to an empowering and inclusive community experience. They will spend time in the barn daily learning to ride, how to care for the horses and barn management.

Wrangler-in-Training/ Counselor-In-Training II

Grades 11-12

WIT/CIT II is the natural progression from CIT I with horses. They will assist with beginning riding lessons with the supervision of the riding staff and learn more about the horseback riding program operations and management. They will have a daily riding lesson as well as helping saddle, groom, feed, and care for the horses.
