Rodeo Games

Howdy! Welcome to the Misty Mountain Rodeo. This session is all about the sport of gymkhana. Campers will spend mornings and afternoons in the barn learning horseback riding games and patterns. Throughout the session campers will spend time planning their own rodeo to show off their riding skills at the end of the week. Campers will also learn about competition and good sportsmanship. This horse-based camping experience is tailored for intermediate and advanced Riders. You are ready for this session when you can independently halt, steer at the walk and at the trot. To be approved for this program you may be asked to show proof of riding ability.
