Guard-in-Training (GIT) / Counselor-in-Training II

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to work as a lifeguard? Our GIT’s will receive all of the same leadership training as our CIT 2’s, and also learn more about swimming pool and waterfront operations and work toward their Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. *Please note- the Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is dependent on successful completion of the prerequisite test (for more information, please see the Red Cross website) as well as the written and skill test at the end of the session. We will work diligently through the week to prepare all GIT’s for the certification exam.
