Get ready to develop character-defining leadership skills and become a mentor to younger girls! CITs work closely with camp staff to gain an understanding of camp operations and learn how to plan and lead activities. At the end of the training, CITs will receive a certificate.

Future Leaders in Training (FLIT)

Grades 6-8

Through the FLIT program, campers explore the basics of communication, problem solving, decision making and planning in groups, learn techniques for working with peers, and improve your leadership skills in this first step of our leadership development training program.

Counselor-in-Training I

In CIT I, participants will learn and practice skills needed to be a positive and supportive mentor to younger girls, while contributing to an empowering and inclusive community experience.

Counselor-In-Training II
